PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY
1. SPEED PLASTICS LTD are committed to protecting your privacy. We recognise our responsibility to keep any information about you confidential at all times.
2. On some pages, you can select and order goods. At the relevant stage during the transaction (the order page), you will be redirected to a Protx secure server, where Cardholders details and Credit/Debit Card information is taken in a secure manner.
3. We use Protx, a third party Payment Service Provider approved by the Bank of Scotland, to collect sensitive data from you, in order for us to receive orders and process payments from you. Protx use secure servers and encryption keys to process data in a secure manner and pass order details to SPEED PLASTICS LTD for processing.
4. We use the information which you provide us to process your order. SPEED PLASTICS LTD will not disclose this information to third parties, or make any use of it, without your permission, unless we are required to do so by an authorised body in order to aid the investigation or prevention of crime.
5. SPEED PLASTICS LTD is committed to protecting the security of your data. We have in place security procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Personal information you provide is stored on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. We do not store your credit/debit card details at any time.
6. Cookies are text files, used by your computer's browser, that store visitor session data. Cookies, by themselves, do not identify the individual user. Cookies are commonly used on the Internet and do not harm your system. We currently use cookies in the transaction process pages. If you do not want us to use cookies you may be able to configure your browser not to accept them. However, this will affect your ability to order goods on-line, using the website. You are still free to use other methods to order goods.
