Servicing

We recommend that SupaSupport products are serviced every two years.

Should the service be due or the battery fail (LCD cushion version) the product should be returned to the supplier. Exchanging the battery involves a calibration process and requires expert knowledge.

The supplier can, if you wish, investigate the product for any signs of wear and tear and replace components where required, returning the product to you reconditioned. Spare covers can also be purchased from your supplier.

SupaSupport mattresses may have a servicing option plan as part of the sale or contract.
