Standard cushion sizes
All cushions come in a number of standard sizes*, as seen below. However, custom sizes, including bariatric, can be accomodated.

- 43cm x 43cm x 7.5cm (17" x 17" x 3")

* Visco foam cushions are 10cm / 4" high

Foam-filled cushions
A foam cushion forms the inner core, which is designed for optimum air circulation and effective moisture dissipation, depending on the model.
This range consists of four cushion models. These are foam filled cushions, designed for support and pressure relief. All foam filled cushions come with zipped covers.
The weight limit for this range is up to 95kg / 15 stone.
The
100
The SupaComfort 100 is the basic comfort cushion for those who require supported firm seating. Constructed from top quality high density foam, the SupaComfort 100 is ideal for stability and durability.

200
The SupaComfort 200 is also made from high density foam.
The cushion has a distinctive cube structure consisting of single cubes moving against each other to distribute the total weight and pressure over many small areas.
This structure gives a network of channels to allow air to circulate and minimises heat and moisture build up, resulting in excellent pressure redistribution.

The SupaComfort 300 combines a layer of temperature-sensitive visco-elastic memory foam with a layer of high density foam for increased support.
The special layer of memory foam moulds to your exact shape for individual support and excellent comfort whilst the high density foam makes the cushion durable and aids pressure reduction.

400
The SupaComfort 400 is the ultimate visco-elastic memory foam cushion and will conform to your individual body shape through temperature sensitivity. This will give you optimum support with minimum pressure on your body.
The 4” depth of the SupaComfort 400 enables the cushion to support the most sensitive parts of the body.
As the cushion gives way slowly under compression, the weight is distributed over a larger surface area.

Inflatable cushions
At the heart of the system is a unique inflatable cushion which pumps air through pockets by the body's natural movement. These effectively distribute pressure for the ultimate in controlled comfort.
This range consists of two cushion models. Both have an inflatable inner core made up of air pockets, which is hand-inflated with a hand bulb. Both models can be supplied with zipped or welded covers.
The weight limit for this range is up to 125kg / 19.5 stone.

600
This is a unique inflatable cushion which effectively distributes pressure for the ultimate in controlled comfort.
A hand inflator is used to initially pump air into the cushion. Once inflated, air passes through internal pockets by the body's natural movement.
The core cushion is also surrounded by a combination of foam materials designed for optimum air circulation and effective moisture dissipation.

This model includes all of the above 600 system specifications, and an easy-to-use LCD unit, which offers unique features: it allows the user to control the comfort level for optimum pressure relief, but also allows the user to adjust for their own personal comfort with easy-to-remember settings.
This makes adjusting the cushion a simple operation for occupational therapists.
