Active static mattress systems

Comfort zones allow the user to adjust settings to their personal preference. It does this by supplying variable volumes of air into each of the three comfort zones. This is done at the touch of a button, by the hand-held electronic low-voltage air regulator. This means that the head support zone of the mattress can be made harder or softer than the rest of the mattress. The same is the case for the torso and foot zones.

We offer specialist, high quality Dynamic Systems with superior and cost-effective pressure care. The system is lightweight, portable and simple to install and operate. It is easy to transport and store, ideal for use in hospital or at home.

The airflex-logo 5100 Replacement

This is suitable for the care and prevention of all grades of pressure sore and provides superior pressure relief and comfort when and where it is needed most.

This is suitable for the prevention and the treatment of pressure ulcers up to Grade 4.

There are 3 unique modes, Alternating, Static and Autofirm, to make pressure management straightforward and effective.

The two-way stretch property of the fully washable Dartex cover reduces shear forces and makes the mattress breathable and soft.

The power fail alarm has visual indicators to allow the carer to take proactive action in the case of a power failure. A static inflatable mattress acts as back up for the system.

The pump unit is simple to operate and understand and comes with hanging hooks to attach the system to a bed frame. The control panel has large, easy to read and universally understandable buttons.

The weight limit for the 5100 model is up to 175kg / 27.5 stone.

This is simple enough for single caregiver installation. The system will give years of trouble free service and outstanding clinical performance when positioned on top of an existing mattress. This system has been demonstrated to reduce the risk of pressure ulcers.

This is suitable for the prevention and the treatment of pressure ulcers up to Grade 2.

The weight limit for the 5200 model is up to 150kg / 23.5 stone.
